Truly the best attorney I have ever dealt with!
Dana Carron is my 3rd Appellate attorney on my criminal appeal. I am without a doubt one of the most demanding clients that an attorney could ever have as I have a Bachelors degree in Paralegal Science and have worked in the legal field myself for almost 30 years (yes, I fired my first two attorneys). I had almost resigned myself to self-representation (which is honestly rarely a good idea), when I first met Mr. Carron. He took the time to actually listen to my positions and appellate issues, including a plethora of research, which must have taken the patience of a Saint! I have never met an attorney or worked for one that is willing to so deeply delve into the facts of a case, the evidence, and the research, as Mr. Carron did in my appeal. The final appellate filing is masterful. I can truly say that I highly recommend Dana Carron. Court appointed or retained, Dana Carron is one of the best out there.

Over and Above …
We never search for an Attorney when things are going great do we…. I just lost my husband everything was falling apart ,I literally just lost my whole world , Attorney Dana B. Carron was the Attorney I first spoke with not only did he listen to my story I can’t express just how much he went over and above, he could have taken my case himself , instead he sacrificed what he could have earned and helped me get the best attorney available to handle the specific facts of my husband’s medical malpractice/wrongful death case and I realized quickly this was the answer to my prayers, you’ve heard the phrase a beacon of light in the storm, …. exactly! when I say this Attorney has your back I mean this Attorney has your back!!! Excellent, caring attorney!
After a very long struggle with defense attorneys who were uncaring, non-responsive, just “throw you to the wolves” kind of people and steal your money, we needed an appeals attorney. We contacted many many appeals attorneys and it became a coin toss between Mr. Carron and only one other attorney. Mr. Carron was very knowledgeable , responsive, caring and listened to any concerns or questions we had. We would HIGHLY recommend him if you are in the unfortunate position to need an appeals attorney.

1 in a million
Coming to this site I had little hope, I had been on several different sites, Ask an attorney? Get legal advice? I was given misinformation each time. So basically I was gonna give it one last try. Lucky for me Dana answered my questions, and unlike all the other attorneys that I had asked, he actually knew what I was talking about. In fact Dana had handled some cases like mine. So he began looking into this for me. We have been corresponding for several days as he was doing research for me. But unfortunately he had explained that I had missed the deadline to file a claim by 3 days. My heart sank. If I hadn’t gotten so many bad answers in the past by professionals who really had no clue & didn’t care enough to do some research I would have been able to file a claim. So unfortunately we couldn’t continue with my suit at this time. But Dana reassured me he will look into extensions for this deadline & if he can do it he will get a claim filed in my behalf. So this is why I say he is 1 in a million a rare breed because who does that for people? Spend days trying to help them even at home going far beyond what he needed to. So I do know that with Dana Carron not only do you get a smart guy who works hard you also get a guy who gives a damn & actually cares for his fellow man. So thats a win win. …..

Caring Professional
When I could not find anyone to help, Mr Carron stepped forward and assisted me personally by helping me find legal representation options. I have never experienced such actions in the legal profession before. I would recommend him for anyone interested in information or representation.

GREAT APPEAL ATTORNEY
I hired Dana Carron for my son. He is the fourth lawyer that we had. We are very pleased with his work. My son’s case is a very high profile one, which Dana is completing his appeal work, including some motions being filed. Unlike a few other attorneys he is doing what my son asked of him because his life depends on these appeals. I myself have called him for personal advice and he has done legal favors for no charge. I just got off the phone with him. he called me to give me a personal message from my son. At no cost, he spent a half hour reviewing my case, providing valuable input and direction. Though too small for an attorney of his stature, he sent me to an attorney in my area. We need more attorneys like this.

Best and Professional Attorney
Mr. Carron is known to be one of the most highly and professional lawyers I have come across with. My son was incarcerated for 10 years after my lengthy research I found Mr Dana Carron. ESQ., with no hesitant I consulted him and right away with no doubt I retained Mr. Carron to be my son’s legal attorney. From August of 2017 to April of 2018 Mr. Carron prove his delinquencies and professionalism with hard work to argue my son’s case for re- trial. If wasn’t for Mr. Carron my son would have never been released earlier than anticipated. My son has now been free from all charges as of April 2018. A true fighter for Justice
Mr. Leaf is a one of a kind attorney. He got the justice my two sons deserved. My sons stepmother attempted have them taken out of there fathers will. I hired Mr. Leaf and like a pit bull he never gave up. Martin is the kind of attorney that thinks outside of the box. I was very impressed with the results my sons received. A Genius with the Key to freedom and True Justice
After losing sight and hope for freedom, I was pointed in The direction of Mr. leaf by many notorious attorneys. One phone gave me a clear vision to an early release from the prison sentence of “LIFE”. He did all the necessary research and investigation required to build a solid argument that was bulletproof. Some attorneys walk in a courtroom with hope and luck in their pocket while Mr.leaf walks in and owns the attention and respect of the whole courtroom with his intimidating facts of long hours of preparation and defense strategies. Charge Felony (concealed weapon) Taser
On June 21, 2021 I was charged with a felony possession of a weapon taser. On July 6 I hired Martin leaf as my attorney. After 1 phone call (free consultation) I knew right away I wanted Mr. leaf to be my counsel for my case. Being my first ever offence I was very shaken up and worried. Mr. leaf assured me from the beginning that he was going to fight for my innocence that help me relax a lot. Mr. leaf got my felony charge dropped to a misdemeanour + no jail time and 3 months non reporting probation. I believe that if i didn’t go with my gut feeling that day and hire Martin leaf as my criminal lawyer that I would not be where i am at now. Home with my babies and not in jail or prison. Thank you Mr. leaf for working so hard and getting me into the first offenders program. You did an amazing job! I would definitely recommend Martin leaf to anyone that is looking for a criminal attorney he’s thee best! Went above & beyond. Saved my CDL license.
In my naiveness I paid a fine in the State of Michigan that resulted in a suspension of my NY License. Mr. Leaf made every possible contact to have this charge overturned and changed to a violation that would not effect me losing my CDL license and my job! His prompt attention and legal expertise got me my license and job back!! He was thorough in explaining what he would do. He kept me posted. I highly recommend Mr. Leaf.
